Privacy statement

Forrest Architectural Limited, trading as Forrest Architects ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal information this website collects and how we handle it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• your name and email address (required, so we can reply)
• your phone number (optional)
• the message you write about your project

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of visitors. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to discuss and provide our architectural services. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Who handles it

Contact form messages are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service based in the United States, which stores submissions on our behalf. Your information is otherwise only seen by our team. We would only share it further with your permission (for example, with consultants working on your project) or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting project, and then delete them securely.

Your rights
